The available international credit card options are VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON, DELTA, BANKWIRE AND CHEQUE, PAYPAL. The available domestic debit card options are VISA and Mastercard.

Please note that Pakistan Fashion Lounge does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Delivery Information

DELIVERY GUARANTEED 3 WORKING DAYS OR YOUR DELIVERY IS FREE (Only for Regular Catalogs) The guarantee only applies to U.K. mainland parcels. For International and non-mainland parcels we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of order received. Please allow us 7-10 working days for delivery. A first attempted delivery counts as the guaranteed delivery. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery. We will only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered.If you wish to have your parcel delivered to an alternative address, then you can pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Once we have cleared funds, we will then dispatch your order. Orders being paid by any of these methods will not be guaranteed delivery within 3 working days, but will be guaranteed delivered within 3 working days from when the funds clear. We need 5 working days for funds to clear in these instances.

Please allow us 7-10 working days for delivery during the sales rush.

Guarantee will be void in the following cases: If your order contains items which are required from one of our outlets, then we will aim to deliver the full parcel within 5-7 working days. Due to bad weather, deliveries may be delayed slightly.

COST UK: All orders will incur a £5.95 within UK surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery. This is the same no matter how large the order is.

RETURNS POLICY (Valid for Mail Orders)

Customers have cancellation rights of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered. If an item is unsuitable, Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange, goods should be returned within 28 days of receipts, unworn/unwashed. Jewelry items can be returned for an exchange/refund. Please ensure the jewelry item has been returned unworn for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange jewelry item should be returned within 28 days of receipts, unworn. Refunds will be made by Cheque/Card within 28 working days.

RETURNS POLICY (Valid for Shop Orders)

If you change your mind about purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt, or adequate proof of purchase within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. For hygiene reasons we will not accept the returns of pierced jewellery. This does not affect your legal rights, including your claim to a refund, replacement, repair, where goods are faulty or mis-described.

Return Conditions

We only accept returns postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date. Orders must be delivered. The address of the recipient must be in India. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

All items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.


Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Avon Wallet or the original payment account per your request. If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.

Pick-up service charge will be deducted from total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.

Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping, COD service charges are non refundable.


We always try to ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact the customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customers, Suits Me reserves the right to cancel out of stock items and send the rest of the order.


If an item is unsuitable then you can send it back for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to offer a refund. Terms & Conditions apply.
